ABC, BBC and FBI

In a chat with my friends, we talked about ABC, the Australian-Born Chinese. ABC can also stand for the American-Born Chinese, though many Western people may think ABC as others such as American Broadcasting Company and Australian Broadcasting Corporation. In fact, ABC can be the abbreviation of many proper nouns, see the results from Google Definitions.

So, my nephew and niece can be called BBC as they are British-Born Chinese. :-)

Infer from this, as my friend's wife is an Indonesian, if they travelled to France and bore a baby there, then their child should be a FBI (French-Born Indonesian)! :o)
