In the last seconds, after the last resort, with the last decision, the last kick ends the Australia's dream of World Cup. Italy sends Australia home. Actually, the referee sends Socceroos home. The Aussies believe this.It seemed not worthwhile, one Italian sent off, for one penalty kick. It seemed unfair, perhaps even cruel, for the accident in the last seconds. But that's football. That's life.
